Spring 2016 NYSESLAT Sample Questions are provided to demonstrate how the assessment gathers information about the English language proficiency of students. The questions are annotated to show performance that students at corresponding proficiency levels must demonstrate in order to correctly answer each question. In conjunction with the other resources, this resource can be used to help align instructional practices to the Spring 2016 NYSESLAT.
