Grade 9 ELA Module 1, Unit 3, Lesson 20


This lesson is the second in a series of two lessons that comprise the End-of-Unit Summative Assessment for Unit 3. In this lesson, students will craft a formal in-class essay exploring how Shakespeare unfolds character throughout the play. This response requires students to draw upon their cumulative understanding of Shakespeare’s language and structural choices in order to make a claim about character development across all five acts of the play.
